Managing people. In any business there are two
broad areas of management; managing people and managing
processes. What is often overlooked is that the processes
will work well only if the people designing and managing
them are well trained and motivated.
The key skills required
to manage individuals and teams of people are covered by our
range of standard management courses.
However every situation
is unique and we able to design bespoke packages to meet
individual needs
If you have particular
people problems bring them to us and we will
help you to find solutions. Our function is to help you
access and develop the skills your people need.
|
Training needs. The key to success with all
training is to quantify as exactly as possible what you
need people to do better. Once these key "do's"
have been identified, we can turn them into clear,
measurable training aims, and design the training needed
to reach the performance standards.
We can help you to
clarify what skills your business needs;
- where you are now
- where you want to
your business to be
- what skills you
need to have available to get there
- how you could
develop or access them.
That is, what you need
your business and your people to be able to do better.

Our Trainers We have a small pool of carefully
chosen consultants and trainers who bring their expertise
to bear as needed.
- All are highly
skilled operators in their own field, with up-to-date,
hands-on experience.
- They are also
highly skilled trainers selected for their
ability to pass on their skills to others. They
are not lecturers, but trainers who teach by
developing peoples' ability to do things better,
using participative methods and enthusiasm. On
our courses you learn by practising doing things
to get quickly up to the required standard.
